Research On The Key Technology Of Digital Campus Unified Data Platform

The purpose of the establishment of basic data standards in Colleges is to meet the needs of the construction of university information,regulate the data standards,to ensure the basic data in the collection,processing,exchange and transmission in the process followed the unified standard and maximize the realization of the internal information and the trade between information sharing and exchange.Based on the digital campus construction project of Hubei University of traditional Chinese medicine,this paper develops the research work of the basic data standard.Research objectiveThe basic data standard is the key to realize the data exchange in the unified data platform,and it is the basic work for the university to realize the resource sharing.At present,in information construction of colleges and universities are the application of information systems in the aspects of data processing,different application information system according to the system data standard for data transfer,between the departments application information system can’t be directly used as identification,transmission,information resources of colleges and universities sharing often fail to achieve the true sense of sharing,more or less need human intervention to implementation.In order to solve the above problems,basic data standard preparation in form of a unified data format,regulate the expression of the basic data to ensure departments application information system in the collection,processing,exchange and transmission in the process of follow uniform standard,to eliminate the phenomenon departments application information system data between incompatible and maximally realize the various departments within the school of data sharing and exchange.The moment of basic data standards is to lay the foundation for the construction of our school.Research contentsOn the basis of data standards is a prerequisite for the realization of our information,in order to basic data standards reflect the characteristics of our school,based on national standard "education management information" on information,the status and demand of our research,study how to put a lot of basic data application letter many information system definition and classification scientific and normative,describe the basic data generation and usage rights,formed the basis of data standards,the main research content is a division of data standards,based on the data such as general data sub class,school management,student management sub class,teaching management,teaching staff management sub class,scientific research management class of financial management,asset management,sub class and subclass a subclass of office management;two is based on the data code standards,including standard reference code Set(GB,standard)and standard code subset(application reference standard and custom research standard).On the basis of data standards is a prerequisite for the realization of our information,in order to basic data standards reflect the characteristics of our school,based on national standard "education management information" on information,the status and demand of our research,study how to put a lot of basic data application letter many information system definition and classification scientific and normative,describe the basic data generation and usage rights,formed the basis of data standards,the main research content is a division of data standards,based on the data such as general data sub class,school management,student management sub class,teaching management,teaching staff management sub class,scientific research management class of financial management,asset management,sub class and subclass a subclass of office management;two is based on the data code standards,including standard reference code Set(GB,standard,standard)and standard code subset(application reference standard and custom research standard).Research methodThrough analysis,the basic information data standard of literature analysis of the current situation of the information construction in our country,the university information construction research,standardization related theory research of our school to the business sector analysis,according to the existing standards,including national standards,standards of the Ministry of education,higher education industry standards and our existing internal standard),in full consideration of the compatibility between the various standards,standard only,and the standard expansion based on the reference part of the existing standard for basic data,combined with our practice of basic data to compile the standard to carry out the research work.Research results The main research results of this paper is knowing the scope of the coverage of the basic data in our school,the framework structure and content under the premise,design scientific and reasonable standard for basic data coding scheme and system structure,forming Hubei University of Chinese medicine basic data standards.
