Practical knowledge,the actual use of knowledge in the teaching, has become a kind of teaching wisdom and knowledge represented through the teachers' behavior.Practical knowledge includes the teachers' education belief, self knowledge,interpersonal knowledge, situational knowledge, strategic knowledge and critical reflective knowledge.It can provide reference for the development of history teachers' practical knowledge and promote history teacher's professional development by analyzing the source and its generated key factors of the history teachers' practical knowledge.By the analysis of classroom observation, interviews and individual life of a young junior middle school history teacher, it can be concluded: firstly, after three years of teaching, the history teacher's practical knowledge began to form, however, it is worth noticing that there is the personal bias in the construction of practical knowledge because of the different focus of each teacher.It is likely that teachers themselves don't attach importance to the role the knowledge playing in teaching;Secondly, though teacher's practical knowledge is mainly formed in the teaching practice little by little,at the same time, teachers' personal life and studying experience exert a great influence in the formation of teacher' practical knowledge.The following suggestions are put forward to the history teachers by the analysis:Lay emphasis on the teaching reflection of his own and write reflection diary,record some meaningful and key events to provide a reference for the later teaching, make teachers the researchers of curriculum;Keep active learning and communication with other teachers, thus promoting the development of practical knowledge in the learning and communication;Pay attention to the teaching object, that is, to communicate with students, care for students, have the patience, let students learn how to be a real man in the process of teaching.
