Teachers'professional development has always been more concerned about education issues. Yet, in the past teachers'professional development, we adhered to the direction of scientific technology, which put it in an awkward situation. To show that many trained students of teacher education were still not competently adapted to the actual education and teaching activities, many teachers who have once participated in numerous training activities ,their wearing new shoes still takes the old path in actual instruction and practice. Especially in the new curriculum reform, Teachers have learned the concept of the course conflicts with their actual teaching behavior. Why? I believe that regardless of teacher education or training activities Seriously neglected in the educational practice of teachers in ways of thinking and in-use- theory—Teachers'practical knowledge. The purpose of this study which seeks the professional knowledge—practical knowledge—of supporting teacher education and teaching activities. For the uniqueness and irreplaceability of the teacher profession providing the theoretical basis, To provide a new effective way for Teachers'Professional development, To highlight the main body of teachers, To enhance self-confidence and self-esteem of teachers, To awaken self-awareness of professional development of teachers, To Establish practice value which the teacher knew, To provide the constructive tool for the teacher to Increases the power and ability.Firstly, In this study, under the guidance of the research ideas about the"top-down"and"bottom-up". I read the relevant literature. Next, I analysis and reflect teachers'practical knowledge research profile and specific issues at home and abroad , further clear about the question territory of my study—the generation and development of teachers'practical knowledge. This research thought that teachers'practical knowledge refers to self-understanding that the teacher in the education teaching practice, combines teaching experience, individual philosophy, the understanding, recognition from experience, the individuality characteristic and so on, through sensation, experience, reflection and study, constructs on own initiative the related education teaching environment's inside and outside essential factors and between them relate self-understanding. Teachers'practical knowledge characterized by"individual"and"public","situational"and"universal"and"accuracy"and"verifiability". Its structure, the first Layer is teacher's belief, and the second layer is the knowledge of the courses, the students of knowledge, knowledge of the strategy, the self-knowledge. Beliefs of teachers to guide other knowledge, other knowledge and beliefs interact and integrate, and contributing to their own knowledge to update .Secondly, This study identified a rich teaching experience of S teacher as object of study, Under the guidance of narrative research in Education, by means of interviews and classroom observation, explored orbit of the generation and development of teachers'practical knowledge. Finally found that the generation and development of teachers'practical knowledge of the following sources: Various types of training activities, Education scientific research activities, The school Teaching Research Group activities, Teacher reflection, Dialogue and cooperation between teachers, individual theoretical study etc. Furthermore, School culture, especially culture of teachers and their professional motivation of teachers for the generation and development of practical knowledge to boost.Finally, The study indicated that the constructivist learning theory is the practical knowledge generation and development mechanisms, the SECI model of transformation between explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge is specific channels of its generation and development. The way of generation and development of teachers'practical knowledge includs:1,Concerns about the daily life of teaching to lay a solid foundation to generate practical knowledge; 2,School-based teaching and research activities carried out to raise the overall effectiveness of practical knowledge; 3,Actively involved in teacher training activities to broaden means of the development of practical knowledge; 4,Raises teacher's reflective ability to optimize the intrinsic structure of teachers'practical knowledge; 5,Founds the harmonious teacher culture to build teachers'practical knowledge the exchange platform. But , Teacher practical knowledge generation and development on the premise that teachers must have a strong motive for career development, scientific and rational career planning, tireless pursuit of the spirit.
