Teaching design ability is an important index to measure teachers' professional ability,a successful teaching design should not be ignored in the teaching of education.But now,the study of teaching design theory is more,on how to improve teachers' teaching design ability and to promote teachers' professional development is very few.The perspective of comparison of this thesis in teaching design of chemistry novice and expert teachers in high school.Through the implementation process of teaching to reflect their teaching design.Research tools are divided into four dimensions,which are content density,and it's way to link up,the presentation of basic concept,interactive way.Through the endowments of the quantification to the four dimensions,using the corresponding weight as the reference in the study.The quantitative results is a tool to response the difference intuitively between teachers' of teaching design, and to examine the teacher's professional level of technology, knowledge organization ability, teaching technology and the article level of education.Based on the basic study of classroom observation, recording in class and means for the communication after class, I make the teaching process for teachers' classroom activity into a object reference of the study.On the basis of the study,analyzing the four dimensions of teaching design of high school chemistry novice and expert teachers.Research shows that there are many differences on the teaching design between novice and expert teachers,embodied specifically in teaching content setting,teaching content organization,teaching content showing and class interaction.Expert teachers have perfect discipline accomplishment and teaching skills,who can organize teaching freely.Relatively,because deficiency of knowledge reserve,teaching experience and life experience,there are large difference between the novice teachers and expert teachers.In the end of this paper,I provide some suggestions to raise teaching design ability for novice teacher, and provide guidance for the teacher professional development.
