The high school chemistry new curriculum reform has been implemented for many years, form of the chemical classroom and teaching mode also changed greatly.The classroom experiment and question are increased, teacher-student’s interaction is increased; the questioning as an important link of teaching process, is an important driving force to promote the development of the teaching process. In the classroom in the "question" and "interactive""dialogue" is the new concept of curriculum reform is an important way of loading. But the curriculum reform.the traditional classroom and the new classroom debate has focused on the effectiveness ofclassroom, this study selected teachers "questioning" and "should" from the perspective of many content validity analysis.This paper selects Novice Chemistry Teachers and expert chemistry teachers as the researching object,Using literature analysis, questionnaire, interview method and other methods through the analysis and comparison of two kinds of teachers in the classroom about question and answer, It hopes to provide some reference for the novice teachers in the growth of the road of expert teachers.The study contains three parts.Put forward the question, this part expounds the origin, research background and significance.The theoretical basis, this part of the paper defines some terms, such as hand type teachers, expert teachers, questioning, answer mode of science.Conclusion the data analysis is summarized.
