Against the background of new curriculum reform focus on students’ individual life development has received the widespread attention, the teacher role transformation become inevitable, times require teachers to be sincere listener. Advocated in Chinese dialogue teaching in the teaching of interactivity, emphasize the teacher in teaching at the same time pay attention to the student individual, listen to the student individuality experience of text, to promote the development of the dialogue teaching, the language classroom teaching practice, however, there is still lack of teachers’ classroom listening and alienation phenomenon, thus improve and optimize the teachers’ classroom listening become very important.This paper based on the dialogue teaching idea and teachers’ classroom listening to the analysis of the related concepts, the argument dialogue teaching idea and the language teacher listening class relations, on the basis of the concept of dialogue teaching of primary school Chinese teachers’ listening in class. By observation and interview, the dialogue teaching ideas under the present conditions of the primary school Chinese teacher’s classroom to listen to, this paper expounds the concept of dialogue teaching in the basic situation of primary school Chinese teachers’ listening class. Five is for articles in the core concepts is defined.The second part of theoretical analysis, one is that dialogue teaching idea, teacher’s classroom listening to the theoretical basis. Second, analyzing the concept of dialogue teaching, three is to clarify the dialogue teaching idea and the language teacher classroom listening, the relationship between four is summarized in the concept of dialogue teaching characteristics of primary school Chinese teachers’ listening classThe third part of the present situation investigation, through the observation and interview, with data and case analysis and the elementary school language classroom teachers basic present situation, the positive aspects of classroom listening, existing problems and the cause of the problem.The fourth part put forward the strategy, based on the dialogue teaching idea, teacher’s classroom listening to the basic requirements and investigation found problems and reasons, the optimizing improvement of teachers’ classroom listening strategies.
