Under the background of emphasizing building a learning society, there are more and more studies on students' learning. The core element of the quality of education is the students' level of investment in learning. Therefore, to guide college students' learning behavior, enhancing their level of investment in learning is particularly important. To promote college students' investment in learning, it is necessary to make an intensive study of these issues——how is the level of investment in learning now, what factors may influence students' learning, and how these factors affect students' investment in learning. Based on the above issues, it's possible to put forward feasible suggestions to help college students enhancing their level of investment in learning.Since college students' learning activities are mainly professional learning, the research object is defined as the college students' investment in professional learning, mainly studying the influencing factors of college students' investment in professional learning by the methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis. Through the empirical research on the investment in professional learning of undergraduates and the influencing factors, it is found that college students' investment in professional learning was in the middle and lower level. There is no significant differences between the investment of different gender and different graders. Investment of non-science and engineering students is significantly higher than science and engineering students. The research set six hypothetical variables of influencing factors among the students themselves, teachers, school level—— professional identity, professional learning happiness, future career orientation, the degree of autonomy support from teachers, school satisfaction, teachers' teaching services satisfaction. The multiple correlation coefficient between these variables and investment in professional learning is 0.691,which can explain 47.8% of the variance in the investment in professional learning. Among the six hypothetical influencing factors, professional learning happiness, professional identity and future career orientation are suggested the real factors, which have a significant positive influence on the students' investment in professional learning. And the three real factors are all among the students themselves level.Based on the analysis and discussion about how the three real factors make a difference in students' investment in their professional learning, the following countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for schools, teachers and students themselves, respectively from the three angles of professional learning happiness, professional identity and future career orientation. Firstly, from the perspective of professional learning happiness, anxiety of professional learning shall be relieved, and the willingness of professional learning shall be enhanced; fun of professional learning shall be enhanced, and the effect of professional learning shall be improved. Secondly, from the perspective of professional identity, more attention to guidance of professional volunteer selection shall be paid, and the understanding of major shall be deepened; the professional adaptability shall be enhanced, and interest in professional learning shall be trained; professional, emotional identification shall be implemented, and identity consciousness shall be transformed to learning behavior. Thirdly, from the perspective of future career orientation, the awareness of career planning shall be strengthened, and future career goals shall be planned; to make clear the required professional competence, and practice career planning objectives.
