Both abroad and home scholars have paid much attention on thestudy of college students' learning-accidie phenomenon. Students mayfeel weary, tired, depressed and defeated when they are not interested orhave no impetus on study. The word learning-accidie is used to describethe series of improper behaviors caused by this phenomenon.Each student has ups and downs in campus life. Especially in recentyears, all the "hot" tide or waves are emerging endlessly. However, this"hotness" permeates into everything except study. Youth are the future,and college students bear the vital task of the future construction anddevelopment of society. Both physically and spiritually, college students'learning-accidie will badly affect not only the students' development, butthe social development as well. Based on the existing study, the authormade an investigation on the actual state of college students'learning-accidie in three universities in Taian, analyzed the factors, andthen advanced several strategies to abate this phenomenon.The investigation was conducted with the questionnaire of collegestudents' learning-accidie and the questionnaire of influential factors onfatigue degree in studying of college students;the former questionnairewas made on the basis of the interpretation and the check of the relianceand effectiveness of MBI. The results are as follows. First, some fatiguephenomenon, such as having bad mood, inappropriate strategy instudying and not having much feeling of success, are very common incollege students. Second, not every students have the symptoms offatigue in studying, but the fact can't be optimistic because more andmore students have the tendency of bad mood and inappropriate strategy.In addition, many factors can have a significant effect on students' study,including major, sex, grade and environment.A survey was carried out in the college students of Tai'an city withthe questionnaire of influential factors on fatigue degree in studying ofcollege students, which was made on the basis of the in-depth interviews,literature study, quantity and quality determining investigation. Theresults show that: first, there are many factors which affects the fatigue ofstudents' studying, and different factor has different impacts on thesethree phenomena;second, the factor of professional learning has asignificant impact on these three phenomena;third, environment factors,including class, campus and family, have decreasing influence on thesethree phenomena respectively. With the consideration of the complexityof the social environment, the impact of social environment on these threephenomena does not take into account. Finally, the regression modelcannot be established because of the variety of the influential factors.According to the questionnaire,the strategies are put forword to easethe college student' fatigue.
