With the continuous development of public welfare,the study of public psychology gradually expanded,but the research on the structure of teenagers' public mind is rarely involved.The Public interest-minded is a relatively stable personality traits of individual manifested in public behavior,and it is a kind of personality characteristics.However,public education and theorists are still not found a suitable research methods for scientific research of Public interest-minded.Scientific research on the Public interest-minded,not only can enrich the study of public psychology and the teenagers' ethical behavior,but also can better guide the public practice,and provide new ideas for school moral education innovation.So it has important theoretical significance and practical value.On the basis of detailed analysis of the relevant public welfare research background,this research carried out a exploratory study of the structure of the Public interest-minded with the Implicit Theories survey.And the research is divided into three chapters,specific as follows:In research one,with 435 teenagers as subjects,using Implicit Theories survey method to collect the adjectives or phrases which are used to describe the characteristics of the man with a Public interest-minded.Finally found 80 adjectives which can represent the characteristics of the man with a Public interest-minded by classification and combined methods.Then,by extracting the 489teenagers' evaluation score of these adjectives or phrase,using exploratory factor analysis to get the four factors structure model(sympathy affection,environmental consciousness,collective consciousness,enthusiasm self-confidence)of the teenagers' public mind.Finally,extract the adjective questionnaire scores of 351 teenagers for confirmatory factor analysis,the results showed that the fitting degree of the four factors structure model of the teenagers' public mind is good.In research two,the teenager Public interest-minded questionnaire was compiled on the basis of the four factors structure model of the teenagers' public mind which is found in research one.Then,select the 402 participants for theItems analysis and test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.The results show that the teenagers Public interest-minded questionnaires consists of four factors and 38 items,and it can be more effectively to measure the four factors of the public mind structure.The reliability and validity indicators of the questionnaire have reached the basic requirements of psychometric and can be applied to the subsequent theory and research.In research three,with 402 teenagers as the subjects,investigated the developmental characteristics of Public interest-minded in teenagers from different views(gender,age,whether the one-child,birthplace,whether the student leaders).The results showed that girls had higher general score of Public interest-minded and higher score in the sympathy dimension than boys;Senior high school students had higher score in general Public interest-minded and in the dimension of group consciousness and confidence than students in middle school.There was also a significant difference in all the four dimensions between students having leader experience and those not having.
