| The professional development of teachers in primary and middle schools more and more by the vast number of education researchers.Rural Undertaking of basic education in China in 2/3,so the rural basic education to do is directly related to the future of the nation.The present situation of rural education resources is not ideal,there are still a big gap and urban and rural education,one of which is the teachers gap.In 2012 the Ministry of education formulated "middle school teachers’professional standards(Trial)",puts forward new requirements for the teacher’s professional ability,the ability to design teaching is one of them.This study tries to through the investigation on the teaching design ability of rural junior high school physics teachers,analyzes the influence factors,to provide reference for the training of rural teachers,but also conducive to the teacher self perfection and improvement.This research mainly uses the literature law,the investigation method of the questionnaire,interview and text analysis method,based on the research results of home and abroad,the status of the investigation teaching design ability of junior high school physics teachers in Linzhang County of Hebei Province,and the factors to survey and analyze the effects.Through the statistical results of sample survey,found that the ability of teaching design in junior high school physics teachers in Linzhang County,need to improve performance,in the preparation of teaching objectives,analysis of learners,teaching result is bad ability evaluation latitude;difference compared to the data,found that female teachers and Yu Nan teachers,teachers in the present age of different latitudes Each one has his good points.etc..Finally,the survey results and other similar regional,subject research and comparison,find some places have in common.This paper analyses the main factors of teaching design ability of rural junior high school physics teacher factors,such as geographical environment factors,teachers’quality factors,school factors,student factors etc..The specific objective description of the current situation,teaching ability of rural junior high school physics teachers in Linzhang county area,analysis of the data of the investigation result,for rural teachers and primary education managers and decision makers,but also provide a reference for other subjects.As a scientific and effective to improve rural teachers’teaching level and provide the basis for the design of teacher professional development. |
