Since the mode of higher education from elite to mass, the number of university graduates in China is rapid growing, the employment pressure gradually increased. But, the University influenced by various factors and system, the improvement of graduate's quality is difficult to catch up with the economic and social progress speed and causes the asymmetry in supply and demand at the talent market. Therefore, optimizing the curriculum system, improving the quality of education in Colleges and universities is of great significance to solve the problem difficult employment of College Students and employment difficulty of enterprises.In this paper, the theory of supply and demand in economics is fully applied to research on the supply of College Students' employment ability by the quasi-public goods of Higher Education. Based on the current situation of education supply for finance specialty course setting by 30 local colleges and universities. From the point of view of supply and demand, find out the existing problems in the supply of graduates' employment ability, and analyze the reasons. At last, the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. This is the general idea of this paper. Not only has a strong representation, but also has the important practical significance to the optimization of college curriculum, improve the overall quality of teaching, and ease the pressure on employment of College graduates.Based on the analysis of literature and on-the-spot investigation, and combined with Study on the chart analysis method. First of all, the existing literature at home and abroad were reviewed and analyzed, Concrete foothold the correlation research on the supply of Higher Education quasi-public goods and the curriculum in the perspective of Education and the related research of the setting of the University's specialty course and employment from the perspective of Economics these two aspects. The conclusion is drawn that it has an important role for the specialty course setting by College education supply in improving the employment ability of college students, and it is difficult to meet the current needs of the society for the employment of college graduates; Secondly, through the field research and online collection, Based on the theory of supply in Economics from the curriculum objectives, structure, content, three aspects set up the supply status quo analysis for the finance professional course of the 30 local colleges and universities, Mainly concludes: the current status of curriculum goal embodies the educational objectives, economic and non-economic courses, elective class and compulsory courses, practice courses and theory courses reflected the status quo of course set structure and focus on the curriculum content status for leading the students consciousness, teaching methods, the accumulation of knowledge and the ability to enhance; In addition, based on the above situation and the theory of demand in market economy, combined with the demand analysis for society needs of the financial graduates from local colleges and the analysis on the training standard of employment ability, Sum up the disparity between the supply employment ability to finance majors of College Students and Social needs. Through the chart, text analysis, find out the local colleges and universities finance course setting has the following problems in promoting the employability of graduates on this basis,(1) the deviation of consciousness oriented curriculum supply;(2) the lack of teaching methods curriculum supply;(3) the imbalance of the course of knowledge learning;(4) the lack of ability training courses supply; Then, combined with the problem and based on the analysis of a large number of literature, to sum up the factors that restrict the employment ability of graduates in local colleges and universities,Mainly include the name of the goal of College education, the weakening of the university curriculum function to enhancing students' employment ability, the comprehensive ability for the related persons of the university education needs to be promoted, the Guarantee systemic for the professional curriculum system is formalization, and the influence of social environment; Finally, focuses on the problems and the reasons why it is difficult to enhance the employability of college students with the current financial professional courses in Local Universities, and combined with the current situation of the local colleges and universities finance course, based on the perspective of graduates' employment ability, the author puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the financial specialty curriculum in local colleges and Universities, Specifically, including the optimization of curriculum structure, establish the employment oriented personnel training objectives, strengthen the convergence of the market, perfect the related courses for improve the employability, strengthening the construction of teaching staff, and strengthen the construction of security and supervision management system, etc. In order to optimize the supply level of college education, improve the employability of college students, and alleviate the pressure of social employment.The innovation of this paper lies in, Using the theory of supply and demand from the perspective of Economics, with the financial science curriculum as a link, starting from the influence of local university education on the cultivation of College Students' employment ability, research the problem to improve the employment ability of college graduates by optimizing the setting of professional courses in Colleges and Universities. Although based on the local colleges and universities finance, but it has the universal significance for the study based on the perspective of the problems and solutions. This may be a little innovation for a solution to the problem of employment of college students.
