With the rapid development of information society,the rapid development of education information and the full launch of curriculum reform,the information technology has a great impact on the field of education and teaching,but also put forward higher requirements for the professional development of teachers.Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge(TPACK)is a new necessary framework of knowledge for teachers in information era;it is also a kind of new teaching design theory;it is a kind of necessary teaching skills for teachers using information technology for effective teaching in the informational teaching environment.Senior High School's information technology course is both a theoretical knowledge and technical operation,it is paying attention to the cultivate students' good information literacy and operational skills of the special subjects.This requires that the teacher needs to have integrated technology competence to continue to adjust and deepen the teaching method and teaching content.In this paper,through the introduce TPACK related literature,which described the research status at home and abroad,the connotation and features of the concept of the TPACK framework,and detail core concepts and theoretical basis related to the research.Using three core knowledge elements and four kinds of complex knowledge elements of TPACK framework,combining teaching contents and current situation of information technology course,and flexibility to choose the appropriate teaching strategies which can stimulate students' learning interest,maximum participation in classroom teaching activities and choose to multimedia resources of can render appropriately teaching content.Caring on the teaching design of the information technology course under the TPACK framework support.Through the demonstration of PPT,based on Sakai platform,Watching Micro video teaching,and group cooperation to complete the teaching task act.a series of teaching activities,verifying the effect of classroom teaching under the TPACK framework support.In addition,further investigation and analysis practical effect of the teaching design of TPACK framework by classroom observation,interviews and questionnaire survey.Results showed that students have a positive attitude to teaching design method of under TPACK framework support.After nearly a semester of teaching practice,teaching design method of under TPACK framework support.Not only improve the class teaching effect of information technology class and students' learning interest,but also further enhance the students' understanding of information technology course in senior high school with a correct learning attitude.They also think that learn senior high school information technology class not limited to master computer knowledge and basic operation capacity,but more focused on the cultivation of information literacy.
