With the rapid development of Internet and Information Technology, the application of education technology get people’s attention, Information technology teachers’ teaching ability not only closely related to the quality of teaching, but also have a direct impact to teaching activities. In the process of development of information technology education, normal school students are teachers in the future, the capacity of information technology teaching is the basic requirement to students; therefore, what kind of ability to better complete the information technology teaching students need to have is a problem worthy of studying. Dr Mishra and Koehler in discipline teaching method joined the technology on the basis of knowledge element by shulman, Put forward the new framework of teacher knowledge, the technological pedagogical content knowledge(Referred to TPACK, T is Technology; P is a Pedagogical, namely teaching method; A is And; C is the Content, namely the subject Content; K is Knowledge),the meaning is technology, method of teaching, subject knowledge together to form knowledge framework of new teacher. This paper mainly studies how to improve students’ information technology teaching ability in TPACK framework, the main work includes:(1) Interpretation of connotation about TPACK knowledge teachers new framework, combined with students teaching skills standards, combing Information technology students’ teaching ability, building architecture about Information technology teachers teaching ability based on TPACK.(2) According to the item about Information technology teachers teaching ability based on TPACK, design and preparation of related questionnaires, choose the education technology、computer science and technology professional undergraduate students as research object, investigation into teaching ability within a certain range, statistics and comparative analysis the collection data with related software, summed up the characteristics from, find out the rules.(3) Based on the above research work, put forward strategies of teaching ability from curriculum system 、 education practice and students own literacy and corresponding strategies to weaker teaching ability students from overall architecture, professional level, gender characteristics, in order to provide basis for nomal professional development、normal education research.
