On The Inheritance Of Traditional Wushu In Linxia

Linxia is one of the main living areas among the minority ethnic groups in the northwest of China, and it is also a poorer region.Its unique geographical position and history give shape to its full-bodied regional customs and pluralistic co-existence of cultural features, meanwhile, it also breeds its traditional martial arts which are full of Linxia's characteristics. Linxia's traditional martial arts have a long history, and it is rich in skills and boxings, various routine competition forms and unique cultural connotation.While the competitive sports have huge impact on the traditional sports with the changes of the times for a long time. In order to make the martial arts go to the world and enter the Olympic family, our government promotes competitive wushu at a national level, such as Routine Competition in the Asian Games, the first, the second and the third international wushu competition routines, free competition routines, etc.;Except for the the minority games held every four years, the traditional martial arts are seldom included in the competition items. In addition to people's transformation of multivariate ideas of the select fitness programs as well as the limitation of geographical conditions and economic conditions, which made the inheritance of traditional martial arts face a serious crisis, for example, some old boxing types have lost, which made its prospect worried by us.The outstanding traditional martial arts of linxia are like many other folk cultural heritages, have gradually being deserted by people, and tend to become weaker and weaker so that the inheritance of traditional wushu is facing a serious crisis, therefore, Linxia's traditional wushu inheritance, protection, mining and sorting are particularly urgent and important.Based on literature review, field investigation, logical analysis, expert interviews and other research methods, this study set Linxia's traditional wushu inheritance as the research object, studied the inheritance of Linxia's traditional wushu.Firstly,this article stated Linxia's martial historical and cultural background and the content of inheritance; Secondly, the article analyzed the ways and the factors that influences the inheritance and from the social, cultural, natural environment, nationality and religious belief aspects.
