With the development of the times, the needs of modern society to talented person's development in an all-round way also pay attention to, in addition to their IQ,EQ, students' adversity quotient has gradually become the focus of people's attention.Schools in addition to student's intelligence quotient(IQ) for training and to them of adversity quotient training support is more important.Today's college students unhealthy psychological status is very common, suffer setbacks often can not be self regulating, very prone to mental illness, and college is students to enter the society of critical transition zones, for shaping your life will have a great influence. So the cultivation of students' ability of anti frustration, improve inverse quotient level of urgent. This paper to in volleyball teaching to enable students to adversity quotient development and improve as the main content of the study, using the method of literature, scale test method, teaching experiment, mathematical statistics on students' adversity quotient culture research, draw the following conclusions:(1) P.E., P.E. and U.P.E and U.P.E measured before the experiment stage of basic technology(pass, dig), adversity quotient and the scores of each dimension,psychological resilience score test. The results show that, P.E. and P.E. on the basic skills, adversity quotient score and each dimension, mental toughness does not exist significant differences in the same level. But P.E. real and P.E. of adversity quotient score, total score of psychological resilience in relatively high level.(2) before the test stage of P.E. and P.E. on the basic skills test results were significantly higher than U.P.E and U.P.E of basic technical test results, indicating that the sports college students in high school training period has been in physical fitness,skills and lay a good foundation, to test basic technology lay the foundation.(3) according to the measured data. The results show that: P.E. and U.P.E basic technical score was significantly higher than that of the pre-test in the pre-test, that teaching method in the teaching process of intervention is effective, by these methods,such as increasing the density of practice, gradually increasing exercise load, improve action requirements, standards, the basic skills of the students have greatly improved;for P.E. to, in the process of teaching teachers don't experiment teaching intervention,the basic skills of the students in a certain extent although there is progress, but improve the degree of no significant experimental class.Learning skills for P.E. teachers to improve the overall level of U.P.E U.P.E P.E(4) and through the teaching experiment of intervention, according to the measured data, it is shown that, P.E. and posttest adversity quotient has improved, but compared with the previous increase is not big, control dimension scores were significantly higher than the previous test, adversity quotient, indicating that the process of teaching intervention is effective; for, in the teaching process, teachers are not teaching experimental intervention, students' adversity quotient and the dimensions of the corresponding increase, but not significantly, and even some of the dimensions scores decreased trend. In Volleyball Teaching in the implementation of"Adversity Quotient education can make students better learning and mastery of sports skills, enable students to have more profound understanding.(5) after the test stage P.E. real and U.P.E inverse psychological resilience score compared to pretest is obviously improved; P.E and U.P.E no teaching experimental intervention was performed in the process of teaching, resilience and before the test does not exist significant differences on. In Volleyball Teaching in the implementation of "inverse quotient education can better shape students' mental toughness, improve the health and psychological quality of students, improve students' coping with adversity" resilience ".In view of the above conclusions, the following suggestions are put forward:(1) teachers can in volleyball teaching process to take some of volleyball preparation and quality of practice, in preparation for the activity in outdoor sports game, improve the learning interest of the students, trained game fighting spirit, unity cooperation ability, to improve the students' ability of adversity quotient, and by increasing the density of exercise, increase the intensity of training, teachers consciously set for students relatively high goal, improve the requirements, standards to strengthen, enhance students' basic technical level.(2) teachers in the course of volleyball teaching can be the implementation of the"inverse quotient education, through the installation of outdoor sports games toenhance students' learning and practice interest, in the teaching process, students encounter difficulties, the heart suffer setbacks, teachers must pay attention and timely guide a student to learn their own analysis problem is internal or external, enable students in adversity atmosphere suffered by the negative impact of short duration,range of influence is small, let the students grow in the heart at the same time adversity quotient also increased at the same time.(3) experimental teachers for experimental interventions understanding and the degree of implementation also need to further strengthen, although exchanges and discussions in the experimental process and experimental teachers, but in the concrete operation process still have some uncontrollable factors, is difficult to follow the experimental intervention, the result influence.(4) the introduction of anti frustration education in other disciplines, and the use of some theoretical guidance, so that students get out of trouble as soon as possible, to guide students to establish a correct outlook on life, the world outlook.
