Effective development of college students' ideological and political education is based on the certain carriers of ideological and political education and effective construction on the carriers of ideological and political education to achieve.With the continuous development of society and economy, mobile Internet technology as the representative of information technology continues to emerge. Current ideological and political education of college students in the face of internal and external environment has undergone enormous change, the carriers of college students' ideological and political education also appear new contents, forms and features. Carrier construction of college students' ideological and political education is also facing new challenges and opportunities. The traditional carrier construction model of ideological and political education can't meet the need of college students' ideological and political education. Today, we need to explore and construct new model for carrier construction of college students' ideological and political education with combining on the new features and problems of ideological and political education, to carry out ideological and political education of college students more scientific and efficient. In the new era, we should adapt to the impact and challenge of mobile internet and other new media actively and study the characteristic and law of the ideological and political under the conditions of information technology thoroughly. Following research aspects are analyzed and elaborated in thesis:(1) Literature review and basic theories. This part mainly sorts out and discusses the related theories of carrier construction of college students' ideological and political education in recent years, then presented and defined relevant theories and concepts.(2) Study on the current situation of carrier construction. This part mainly analyzes existing problems and reasons on the current status of carrier construction of college students' ideological and political education, achieving by the way of investigation questionnaire.(3) Thinking about the path of carrier construction. New method to construct the path of carrier construction of college students' ideological and political education is proposed, based on the problems which existing in the second part.
