During the period of change,colleges and universities in our country attach importance from scale expansion to higher educational quality.It do great theoretical and practical significance for promoting colleges and universities to be development.In this study,a moderated mediation model has been constructed based on the resource conservation theory to explain the influence of psychological capital on the job involvement of foreign teachers in universities,and the model has been tested.The results show that:(1) psychological capital has significantly regative influence on job involvement; (2) job satisfaction mediates the influence of psychological capital on job involvement; (3) organizational sup-port moderates not only the influence of psychology capital on job involvement,but also the mediating effect of job satisfaction be-tween psychological capital and job involvement.The results also has given the proposal to improve the iob involvement of foreign teachers in universities.
