| The educational idea and teaching model is an important part of reform and innovation in higher education.However,the existence of own meaning which higher education of different areas in the specifications and quality of talents cultivation.The significance of research and design of the teaching model is seeking to make education quality for educator and the acceptance,the degree of acceptance is called "credibility".In addition,there are many uncertainties in the aim of education teaching,"teaching and learning",how to solve the uncertainty of education and teaching system,how to improve the credibility of cultivating talents,how to construct a education and teaching model is satisfactory for teachers,students,society to accept,it is an important issue of the education and teaching research.In this paper,according to the characteristics of professional music education in China,combining the current situation of music talents cultivation of higher normal college and challenges,to put forward trusted education idea of music talent cultivation from fusion trusted scale and trusted quality of talent cultivation.Based on the idea of trusted education,initially established a trusted teaching model to music talents cultivation in higher normal college.The purpose of this study:First,to explore the trusted scale and the trusted quality of talent cultivation from two aspects of music education and teaching,establishing a"scale-quality-effect" index for the cultivation of music talent cultivation.Second,tries to construct a trusted teaching model based on can fusion of students’ individual attributes and target for the uncertainty of music "teaching and learning".In the research,introduces the research situation and some problems of talent cultivation using comparative analysis,the empirical analysis of talent cultivation"credibility" of higher normal college using statistical analysis,questionnaire survey and comprehensive evaluation method,put forward the theory of trusted education idea using the cooperative demonstration method of the theory and the practice,the design of trusted music teaching model using modern teaching theory,learning theory and system analysis method.Research shows that basic object quality of music talents cultivation of higher normal college has a satisfactory level,with the general level of the performance quality,with the low level of effectiveness quality;the trusted quality is not satisfied of music talents cultivation of higher normal college.Therefore,only by establishing the trusted education idea of music professional of higher normal college,using trusted music teaching model,improve "scale-quality-effect" of music talents cultivation.The main contribution of this paper:proposed a trusted education idea and trusted teaching model concept,to construct the trusted learning model with self-organization,self-adaptive in music teaching system,the teaching theory of constructivism and "differences" teaching model from a certain angle supplements. |
