Football is a sport form which is full of charm and passion,deeply loved by people around the world.Wanting to be a football power,it is especially important to do the youth football reserve talent project step by step.School football activity can not only help the young people step into the playground,but also build up a healthy body in the medium of football.In the meantime,it can develop the young the spirit of hard work and enterprising and temper their will,which help them integrate into society better in the future.The essay takes on the development of Cangzhou elementary and middle schools campus football as the object of the research,aiming at knowing the present situations and existing problems so as to put forward the targeted development strategies and offer the reference for solving the development problems of the education section and elementary and middle schools campus football.The essay mainly uses the following methods,including Document-data method,investigation method(questionnaire survey,interviewing method)analysis method,and mathematical statistics method.I reach the following conclusions:First,thanks to the country recently strengthening the attention and providing more financial support to the campus sports and campus football,at present,there are41 of 47 elementary and middle schools owing relatively standard artificial grass playground,accounting for 87%,which can basically meet the requirement of football training.Second,the majority of schools still just pay attention to the academic records so that what the degree of campus football carrying out is on the coping level,even most of schools haven't set up professional football courses not to mention the football team building,in this case,they can't get enough financial support for campus football.Third,lack of campus football competitions at all levels as well as interclass competitions on campus;inter school is lacking of league competitions,to a largeextent,it influences the formation of campus football activity atmosphere and excavation of outstanding reserve personnel.Fourth,lack of football teachers who are professional and educated by the system of football theory,the achievements that football teachers make professional title get adrift,which,to a certain degree,weaken the enthusiasm of football teaching.Fifth,many of parents are not in favor of their children taking part in football activities,because they think playing football can affect children's study,fear their kids get hurt and have bias attitude towards football.Sixth,society and media attention meter are not enough,lacking the special reports of campus football and the right public opinion environment of campus football,which to a certain degree affects and limits the development of campus football.
