A Study On The Present Situation Of Football In Primary Schools With Campus Football Characteristics In Zunyi City

In 2009,the construction of campus football officially began.The announcement of "Notice on Developing National Youth Campus Football Activities" issued by the General Administration of Sports and the Ministry of Education requires primary and secondary schools all over the country to incorporate the construction of campus football into the development of school sports.With the deepening and development of football reform,the cultivation of football reserve talents in China has a great deal in essence.Upgrading,campus football characteristic schools have sprung up like bamboo shoots.They have trained a lot of excellent football talents for our country,broadened channels and laid a solid foundation for the transportation of football talents in our country.Over the past four years,more than 40 primary schools in Zunyi City,Guizhou Province have been approved as characteristic schools of campus football.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview and mathematical statistics,this paper investigates and studies the development of football in Zunyi Campus Football Characteristic Primary School.The results show that Zunyi Campus Football Characteristic Primary School:(1)Zunyi Campus Football Teachers are too weak,and are not optimistic in terms of quantity,special level certification,age and occupation.It is said that the composition is in good condition.(2)The football field of some schools at the present stage can not guarantee the demand brought by the development of campus football in the future.(3)The source of funds is single.Most schools do not receive special funds for campus football.They can only rely on weak school-based funds.(4)Football curriculum lacks sustainability and integrity,some schools can not meet the requirements of the relevant provisions of campus football,the curriculum content arrangement is unreasonable,and half of the schools have not developed school-based teaching materials.(5)Some schools have not set up large football classes.The number,length and content of after-school football training are unreasonable.The number of football leagues held in schools is too small.(6)There are more boys and fewer girls in football school teams.Schools take comprehensive consideration in the selection of materials.The training arrangement pays more attention to skills and lacks tactical training.(7)Most of the students like football,more boys and fewer girls.Most of the students support football class,after-school football training and games.More students participate in football four or more times a week,and the students who participate in 30-60 minutes at a time are the most.In view of the above findings,a series of suggestions are put forward:(1)Establishing and improving the reward and punishment mechanism for football teachers,assessing and appraising football teachers from multiple dimensions,and encouraging teachers to participate in staff competitions.The school should make close contact with universities and attract more football interns to enter the campus.(2)Make full use of site resources,achieve "one place,multi-use",develop different football games with different venues,choose reasonable teaching methods according to the actual number of students(3)Explore channels for fund-raising,seek for the inflow of resources outside school;superior departments should treat equally and allocate special funds equally.(4)Leaders should pay full attention to it,change their minds,and conduct a close examination and evaluation of campus football by higher authorities,which should be included in the principal's year-end work assessment.(5)Girls are encouraged to participate in football more,innovate the way of carrying out Football Festival activities,and promote the diversification of campus football publicity activities.(6)To adjust the rules of matches,add more awards and attract more students to participate in football matches.The above series of suggestions are intended to provide a theoretical basis for the construction and development of campus football in Zunyi City,Guizhou Province.
