This article served 12 directly-managed stores ofWenzhou Oriental health club,and distributed 50 customers questionnaire topotential customers from each stores,totally 600 questionnaires.Using the literature material method,the relevant mathematical statistics method,questionnaire method,interview method and logical analysis,wemake a investigation on the management situation of Wenzhou East Fitness Club,the experience marketing strategy in the marketing process.The results showed that:1.Customersare the objects of the fitness club experience marketing,the article carries on the analysis of the survey and the results are as:the objects have more women than men,and the age of the experience marketing object are between 25-46.Clearly,the potential customers of commercial fitness clubswho are male and out of 25-46 years old is great;2.The coach is the implementers of experience marketing strategies,so their qualifications,teaching experience and experience has certain influence on the implementation of experience marketing strategy.The article makes the conclusion that coaches tend to be young;The overall coaches' educational degree is relative taller;Most of the coaches' teaching experience is within 1-3 years;3.The management stuffs plays an important rolein the experience marketing strategy planning,through the research we conclude that the number of male managers is higher;The age of management stuffs tend to be younger;The general education degree of them is in general;Most of the management stuffs are major in professional sports but relatively few are major in management.4.The theme of Wenzhou Oriental fitness club in designing experience marketing strategies is respect,commitment,cognitive and trust.The design are based on the points of contactingwith customers,products,services,internal and external environment.5.To interact with customers,Wenzhou Oriental Fitness Club let customers fully participate in when implementing experience marketing strategy;6.From the satisfaction of customer experience and the economic benefits of Oriental Fitness Club angle,the club evaluate and analyzethe experience marketing strategy.Among them,in the aspect of satisfaction of customer experience,this article uses the theory of "ByrdSchmitt” and see the associated emotions,feelings,actions and thinking as a judge to judge the standard of customer satisfaction and make the conclusion:the customer satisfaction is higher,basically meet the customer's psychological expectations;Through experience marketing strategy implementation Economic benefits of the Oriental fitness club has made great improvement in its economic benefit.7.The implementingsecurity of Wenzhou Oriental Fitness Clubis: the brand culture construction and the strengthening of management ideas;the strengthening of experience marketing systemconstruction;the ascent of the staff service skills and awareness;the establishment of the customer feedback platform.
