On Demographic Characteristics And Training Demands Of Professional Farmers In Hebei Province

This study shows that the professional farmers in Hebei province have characteristics of low education background,many women,low income and cultivating field crops,the absolute demand intensity is different in different training contents,training ways,training teachers,training time and training place,and the highest demand intensity are three new knowledge,on-site guidance,technical staff in country,timely arrangement and the production site.The professional farmers who have different education backgrounds,genders,ages,industries,income levels,and regions have significant differences in relative requirements of the same training elements.Implementing the training of professional farmers need learn the training needs of different types of employees accurately and arrange the training content,training ways,training time,and training place,etc.This research suggests that the relevant departments and various training institutions should enrich the training content,improve the training environment,flexible training methods,and build outstanding vocational training team according to the training needs of the professional farmers.In order to improve the training effect,the state should strengthen the construction of legal regulations,strengthen the training management,increase the intensity of financial support leading to more and more professional farmers can understand training and participate in training.Various training institutions should take account of the different training needs of different demographic characteristics,arrange training contents and training forms reasonably,and select appropriate training time and place,improve the quality and quantity of the training teachers and meet the different training needs of the professional farmers.Facing the situation of professional farmers with old age,low education background,unbalanced proportion of men and women,we should further increase the publicity efforts and preferential agricultural policy,and attract more young people to join the ranks of high quality workers.
