New professional farmers refer to the agricultural labors that are knowledgeable,skilled,well managing in agricultural activities.Training NPF aims to resolve realistic issues-who do farm and how to farm in the process of the modern agriculture transformation.And NPF not only have general condition of traditional farm,but also they must be the main body of market,have sustainable development concept and they must do agricultural activities in their whole life.Hence,it is critical to training the agricultural labors and promote them into the new professional farmer who could consider do farm as their job,have high-level cultural quality,agricultural skills,market management ability and the ability to improve themselves.Therefore,from the realistic background and government documents,it could conclude that training NPF have become an inevitable tendency to promote development of modern agriculture and new urbanization.During the NPC and CPPCC in 2017,General Secretary Xi Jinping explained the quality of new professional farmers by using love agriculture,skilled,well managing in agricultural activities.Otherwise,developing rural vocational education and training new professional farmers(NPF)are emphasized by Chinese government in the No.1 Document in the past successive six years in order to promote conversion of agricultural technology to practical productivity and provide human capital for the establishment of modern agricultural system.In August 2012,the pilot work program for new professional farmer training was issued by general office of department of agriculture,and some efficient exploration and pilot work for the training of new professional farmers has been done nationwide.Whereas,with the pushing of training program all parts of the country,several problems occurred mainly focusing on the great difference between the training objects of the expected and the reality,the impractical training content,the unsatisfied need for farmers and the simple and single training method.All these problems had seriously negative effect on the quality of new professional training.It can be seen that the problems appeared in the training of new professional farmers are not advantageous for the transformation of modern agriculture,because they have seriously hindered the rural labors from accepting the new professional farmers training successfully.So how should we value the status and development of new professional farmers training? How should the policy for training new professional farmers be adjusted to correspond to reality? And,what measures can be taken to improve the situation and assure the training quality of the training? All these problems are urgent to be solved.Based on these problems,the samples about new professional farmer training in Shaanxi Province were used in this study,and the various demands for the training were analyzed from the perspective of lifelong education theory,education demands and supplies and human capital theory.Some reasonable advices were put forward for the smoothly development of new professional farmer training.On the whole,the thesis consisted of six chapters.In chapter one,the origin,significance,current situation and method of the research were introduced.As for the chapter two,the conception of new professional farmer was defined,and the theoretical basis of the study was elaborated.In terms of chapter three,the methods for sample selection and data analysis were presented.In chapter four and five,the pluralistic characteristics of demands for new professional farmer training were analyzed from the perspective of lifelong education theory and multiple influence factors,respectively.As to chapter six,some measures for meeting the diverse demands for new professional farmer training were proposed.Firstly,the training should be scientific and rational to improve the quality and efficiency of training by making demand oriented.Secondly,training content should be practical,Innovative and comprehensive to meet the farmer’s demand.Thirdly,training method should be flexible and varied to correspond to farmers’ way of production and life.Lastly,make full use of outstanding students,and information platform should be established to create a good atmosphere for training...
