| Since the 21st century,China have participated to international organizations like WTO and APEC,and playing an important role, fully integrated into the globalization procession. With the globalization procession,more and more International non-governmental organizations are getting into China,bringing a lot of money, experience, technology and talent for China’s environmental protection, poverty alleviation and development,public health,charity,etc,while some international NGOs showing negative impacts within the activities in Ethnic Regions. The Ideology of western countries,such as political attitudes,mindset and values have been brought into ethnic regions with poor economy,social and cultural developments,in an attempt to seek a break from religious infiltration activities to destroy China’s social and political stability,westernizing and polarizing our country. The activities of some International non-governmental organizations have a great impact on the social and cultural life of our nation and stability of the region,and have been threatening our political security,regime security and territorial security.Based on the basic concepts of international NGOs,the thesis describes three developmental stages of international non-governmental organizations in our ethnic regions,and background and reasons of international NGOs’developments from the particularity of the political, historical and environmental aspects, summarizing the international NGOs’characteristics from the existence of the form,the field of geography,work,partners and project duration. The thesis describes the negative impact about the ideological infiltration,ethnic separatism,intervene grassroots elections,ethnic and religious issues and steal intelligence information,and analyzes the reasons. On the basis of advanced managing experiences in foreign counties,The thesis analyzes the main problems of managing international NGOs in the legal system,the existence of aspects of regulatory functions,policies,systems and punishment mechanism,makes a clear attitude for managing international NGOs,and gives the specific suggestions about establishing a new multi-level,all-round, three-dimensional management mechanism involving sound legislative regulation, administrative supervision, social supervision and financial regulation. |
