Research On The Current Situation And The Strategy Of Roller Skating Association In Universities Of Wuhan

Roller Skating was prosperous since China Roller Skating Association was founded in 1980s. Afterward, with the popularization and promotion of it,Roller skating became a sport with an increasing number of participants. For promoting the school physical education, Roller Skating was brought into many colleges and universities as a part "sunlight sports" and as a means of the implementation of "State student's health standards."Roller skating association is the main form in the promoting.There are significance of the study in Roller Skating in colleges and universities, which to some extent, may lead the way of the promoting of school physical education.There are a lot of literature on the promoting and development of Roller Skating in colleges and universities in other places while few in Wuhan. The following conclusion could be drawn from 9 colleges and universities by means of the research methods of literature,questionnaire interview and statistics:1.Wuhan University skating association started late; The sex ratio in associations is imbalance and the turnover rate of participants is high.2.There is a shortage of the coaches of roller skating association in both quantity and quality.3.The field of roller skating associations in colleges and universities in Wuhan is poor, which is susceptible to weather and sunlight.4.The exercise of roller skating association has regular time and a diversity of forms. but participation population is more dispersed.5.The internal management of roller skating association is in chaos. The lack of association support and management of the school.6.The Skating association activities are funded from the membership dues, and the activity funds channel is very narrow.7.The security awareness of participants is weak. Participants know little of knowledge and skill of security.There are the suggestions for the above shortcomings:1.Optimizing the structure of teaching and learning to motivate the members.2.To strengthen the construction of team of professional coaches association, in order to improve the overall level of community.3. Rational planning of the site to improve the conditions of skating facilities.4. Collective activities should be carried out to improve group cohesiveness.5.Founding a long-term and effective internal management system of association.6. Broadening more source of expenditure. Increasing the communication with other organizations.7. A regular security skill training is needed to arouse the security awareness of participants.
