The Study Of Ideological And Political Education Function Of The Campus Culture Construction

Campus culture as an important part of advanced culture, help to promote the health of College Students’ideological character. Campus culture in Colleges and universities has moisten things silently, which has important significance for students to establish correct life outlook and value outlook, to improve the overall quality of university students, to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the students and our talent competitiveness improvement.This paper based on the two research directions, which includes construction of campus culture and the ideological and political education. The paper discusses the effective way to display function of Ideological and political education in the process of the construction of campus culture through interviews, questionnaire and other research methods, summarize organize relevant data and extract the related key information.The paper is mainly divided into four parts:the first part is introduction, mainly research the relevant literature at home and abroad, and present the specific research ideas and methods; the second part, first expounded on the main concepts involved in this paper, then elaborates the important connotation of University Campus culture and the characteristics of the ideological and political education cohesion, orientation, constraint, incentive, innovation and employment guidance function; the third part based on the questionnaire survey and interviews, conducts a survey of 400 college students in Nanjing universities, vocational schools, in order to understand the current situation and the reasons of ideological and political education function of campus culture in the play; the fourth part focuses on how to give full play to the construction of campus culture and discusses the function of Ideological and Political Education. First put forward the ideological and political education function of the overall requirements, then put forward the effective way of the ideological.This paper argues that giving full play to the role of ideological and political education in the construction of campus culture needs from adhering to the academic, adhere to the practice, adhere to the humanities and adhere to the era of the five aspects, to cultivate students’ innovative spirit and make them receive education in practice, in order to promote the our country high school ideological and political education, career development, and speed up the moral education in Higher Education in the development pace.
