Study On The Role Of Campus Culture In College Ideological And Political Education

Cultural diversity is an important manifestation of new changes in contemporary ideological and political education environment, even though it has enriched the content socialist culture, also bring tremendous impact to people’s ideas and values, thereby increasing the difficulty of ideological and political work. To improve the effectiveness of the ideological and political education, improve the comprehensive quality of college students as a whole, on the one hand is to promote college students’ all-round development, training them to become the urgent need of the important national pillar of the state or social talents. On the other hand, is to improve the overall quality of higher education, to ensure that our ambitious goals remain invincible in the fierce international competition. The construction of campus culture is a powerful means to promote the ideological and political work. In this context, this paper examines the role of college campus culture in the ideological and political education. Wherein, this paper mainly adopts literature research, survey research, quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis method to elaborate on this article.To study this problem, we must be clear that the campus culture and ideological and political education is two complete independent system, but consistency on the body, goals, and have the characteristics of the times. At the same time, the two influence each other, mutual penetration that campus culture of colleges and universities is the spiritual and cultural environment of college students accept the ideological and political education, which plays a regulatory constraints role in College Students’ thoughts and behavior, arouses students advocating and practicing noble passion; ideological and political education can provide political guidance and ideological guarantee for the construction of the campus culture, to certain extent, promote campus culture inheritance and dissemination.Because of at all levels of the education administrative departments and various colleges and universities attach great importance to the construction of campus culture, the development of college students get effective guidance, and the dominant position gradually increased steadily, the penetration of the ideological and political education function of the campus culture has been gradually strengthened, we must also be aware of the problems existing in the construction of campus culture in Colleges and universities, and its performance is mainly reflected in the following aspects: entertainment breath partial concentration, utility consciousness is overweight, the official network of colleges and universities range of radiation and influence needs to be improved, formalism phenomenon has become increasingly prominent, spiritual and cultural construction of the degree of attention needs to be improved.In order to give full play to the positive role of the campus culture in college ideological and political education, we need to adhere to the principles on the basis of "hardware" construction and "software" building combination, flourishing cultural activities and overcoming the reverse cultural phenomena simultaneously, promoting traditional Chinese culture and respecting for cultural diversity of unity, to further innovate the service mode of campus culture in college ideological and political education; strengthen the guidance of thought and theory; attach importance to the discovery and cultivation of related talents. In short, the campus culture play an active role in the ideological and political education, which has important implications for training integrated high-quality students, promoting the effective implementation of the Campus Ideological Education.
