With the rapid development of science and technology, innovation spirit and innovation ability has become the primary goal of cultivating talents at all levels of education, and also is an important standard to measure the ability of talents. In twenty-first Century, many colleges and universities will be innovative education as their important goal; the purpose is to cultivate and improve students' comprehensive ability. How to train students has become a problem we cannot ignore, which students must master solid theoretical knowledge, have the skilled operation skills, and has a wide range of knowledge in the field of physics, in order to meet the needs of other subjects. As a practical course, the physical experiment is a combination of theory and practice. There are more than 80% ethnic minority students in National Colleges and Universities. As a public basic course for students of science and agriculture in the whole school, the physical course is set up to be part of the theoretical and experimental.Teachers are still using the traditional teaching mode. The teacher first explains the theory part, then according to a certain course content to open the corresponding experiment to verify the theory, the law. Teachers follow the prescribe order to complete the task of teaching. In class, because of the limited time, the students always follow the teacher's thinking, take notes, copy writing on the blackboard. The whole teaching process is lack of independent thinking.The experimental process is based on the lecture notes regulations, students lack of creative ability, and subjective initiative can not be played. Therefore, we must reform the existing physical experiment from teaching content and teaching methods.After analyzing the present situation of the domestic and foreign research on college physical experiment and CDIO engineering education model, the existing experimental teaching situation of the national college, the paper put forward combine the CDIO education model and college physics experiment teaching. The traditional method is used in the general physical verification experiment, the CDIO teaching method is used in the comprehensive design experiments. This article mainly takes the specific case study, in which the action research method is used to observe and study the concrete performance of the students according to the plan, action, observation and feedback. A group have 6 students, they will assign tasks according to the specific circumstances, collect information by the way of access to the network of text resources, digital media, library literature etc, share obtained knowledge together, determine the research plan, implement the experiment process, contact life practice, and promote the knowledge, etc. The mode is consistent with the CDIO's process of conceive, design, implementation and operation, and achieved good response. Through the experiment, the students can learn a lot of experience. The management team must be honest and win-win cooperation. Share knowledge, not only to increase the knowledge, but also improve the learning efficiency. To project as a guide, similar to set up problems firstly and then to solve, the mode encourage students to explore knowledge, to learn how to learn and how to communicate with others. Oral lecture and share knowledge can cultivate the students' language skills.Therefore, the combination of CDIO teaching mode and college physics experiment teaching is helpful to promote the teaching, which is beneficial to the improvement of students' ability and the cultivation of creative thinking.
