The peer groups of junior middle school student refers to formation of the informal groups in real life or internet, through freely choose partners inside and outside class. Peer groups are common in young people, and are important interpersonal environment among teenagers. There are both positive effect and negative effect on junior middle school students moral character. The study focus on negative effect to eliminate the peer group negative effect on junior middle school student character. The study is based on the empiricism methodology and assisted with theoretical analysis, mainly used investigation method and contrast method. Exploring peer groups negative influence on junior middle school students moral character of the status quo, then analysis of reasons, at last,put the education advices. Peer groups of junior middle school students moral negative influence mainly display in moral cognition into the error zone, moral emotion alienation, moral will is weak, behavior anomie. Junior middle school students physical and mental development is not mature,cannot effectively deal with the relationship between emotion and reason, and is the psychological foundation. Peer groups in a strong group cohesion of the moral education influence exclusive,informal internal specification for junior middle school students and binding activity of teaser, poor groups, peer groups is the immediate cause of negative influence on junior middle school students moral character. School education is wrong on peer groups. Family education is deviated on peer groups. Adverse social environment impact on peer groups. For the physical cause, school pay attention on methods, family play a basic role, creating a healthy communication environment.For the internal factors,teachers and parents to help members of peer groups to bad groups and informal internal norms and ease the pressure in the face and guide the students to carry on the positive and healthy group communication. For the school, family and society, school pay attention to methods,family play a role of guide foundation, creating a healthy communication environment.
