Research On The Four Quality Scoring Methods Of College Physical Education Entrance Examination In Anhui Province

The physical education of colleges and universities in Anhui Province,social sports and leisure sports professional enrollment in four qualities(100 meter race,standing triple jump,shot putting and 800 meter race)test scores as a professional test scores,four quality score has been used for more than 20 years,has not revised.Today,on the overall quality of students in Colleges and universities,the enrollment of college entrance examination,candidates' physical quality and test measurement tools have been changed,four qualities 20 years ago in the score table cannot meet the need of reality,the problem has been a serious threat to the justice and fairness of the college entrance examination.This is based on the 2011 to 2014 four years of physical tests,using the method of literature,expert consultation method and statistical analysis,analysis of Anhui province sports professional entrance examination score of four quality problems.The basis and method of theory revision,revised < four quality score table>,and for 2015 Anhui examinee's four quality test result of revised < four qualities score table > validate the effect.Main research results are as follows:Existing < four quality score table > existing problem mainly has: 1,to the examinee not fair,the excellence in achievement is not fair and unfair to girls;2,on the four items of quality requirements is not balanced,four quality scores differ.3,the examination of the training and examination has a negative impact,the unreasonable score table is not scientific guidance for training.The revised scale factors need to be considered: 1 fairness: outstanding scores,fairness is the physical education as the essence of personnel selection examination one of the requirements;2 relative: Anhui Province physical education assessment object is Anhui province candidates should be combined with the actual situation of Anhui province to test students;3 comparable between male and female students,scores comparable;4 degree of distinction: the reasonable scale can be truly outstandingcandidates selected from thousands of candidates;5 The need for professional selection of talents: score of professional talent selection and target combination;6 the relative stability;have good stability scale,no large fluctuations in the scores of candidates,to maintain the fairness of no major reform of recruitment conditions;7 correct orientation:candidates for the training examination has the correct guiding significance.Scoring method: through four qualities of 8 group scores of male and female of normality test,8 groups of results are not subject to normal distribution,two tailed performance in a "shrink head long tail" asymmetric characteristics.Therefore single standard points scoring method or progressive scoring method can not use.Because in the middle section and the normal distribution fitted well using of the middle section of the original data and eight test scores of the theory of mean and standard deviation of estimation and revision of the fitting normal distribution model is obtained.Based on the theoretical model,using the standard in conjunction with the percentile method,formulate< four quality score sheet >.By testing on the four quality scores of male and female candidates in 2015 of Anhui Province,the results showed that eight projects score out rate was controlled in less than 5per thousand;proportion in different fractions are basically the same;scores of male and female students in the scores of the ratio of the number of similar.New scoring sheet has good stability,solve the old main table between the project does not require equilibrium problems.At the same time,the new score table of full set higher and unit score setting with respect to the old scoring table also increased,and it has a high degree of distinction,candidates for the training and examination has positive guiding role.
