| Education is the foundation of a country’s progress and development,and with the progress of the times,the status of education in China has been increasing.1951 was the first time that China proposed general secondary schools to train the young generation to develop morally,intellectually,physically and aesthetically in an all-round way,and then Comrade Deng Xiaoping also clearly proposed in the National Education Work Conference that education should serve the socialist construction and cultivate socialist successors who develop morally,intellectually and physically in an all-round way.The Party and the State attach great importance to the healthy physical and mental development of young people.Along with the socio-economic development of the country,the comprehensive quality of the nation has been improving,and the physical health of adolescents has also received much attention.As the junior high school stage is the golden period for the physical health development of adolescents,the emergence of secondary school physical education to a certain extent promotes the physical health development of students,and also can enhance the status of school sports in China.In order to further improve the fairness and scientificity of the middle school physical education,this study adopts the literature method to systematize the middle school physical education,school physical education and the documents and policies related to middle school physical education;the interview method is used to clarify the feasibility of the study,the rationality of the questionnaire design,and to improve the research ideas and overall design according to the feedback from experts,and to find out the problems and shortcomings of middle school physical education in Shandong Province;after the case study The study also explored the optimization strategies for the content and scoring methods of the Shandong provincial secondary school physical education test through case study and hierarchical analysis.The results of the study showed that:(1)In Shandong Province,two forms of physical education tests are mainly adopted by cities and towns: "on-site unified test" and "process evaluation + on-site unified test",in which the test contents are mainly adopted by cities and towns in three types of tests: compulsory test,compulsory test + optional test,and compulsory test + optional test + random test.The form.The compulsory test should focus on the examination of various physical quality items,the optional test to enhance the interest of students in sports,improve the process of evaluation,to ensure the fairness of the results.(2)Most municipalities in Shandong Province,the content of physical education tests include speed quality,agility and coordination quality,endurance quality,strength quality and motor skills,but the overall test content is relatively single.Test content types should be diversified,highlighting the local traditional sports characteristics.(3)More than 90% of the cities in Shandong Province secondary school sports examination in the local municipalities to use the score system of scoring,more than 80% of the municipalities in the sports examination in the value of 50-70 points,but the value and language,mathematics,English subjects still exist to increase the gap,can be appropriate to increase the value of the secondary school sports examination to about 10%.(4)The degree of perfection of school sports equipment and facilities has an impact on students’ motivation to participate in sports;parents’ awareness of participation in sports and their understanding of physical education in the Chinese examination is associated with students’ initiative to participate in sports;the teaching style of physical education teachers and teachers’ professionalism has an impact on students’ understanding of the system of physical education in the Chinese examination.(5)Coordinate the rationality of the content of the physical education test,strict assessment and scoring mechanism,and formulate the content of the test to adapt to the "sensitive period" of students’ physical development,which is the current trend of the physical education reform in Shandong Province.(6)Optimize the physical education teachers and teaching environment,rationalize the connection between the physical education tests in each stage of school,establish an integrated physical education teaching,evaluation and competition system in schools and universities,and increase the joint supervision of "home-school-society" to maximize the physical health of youth.The level of physical fitness of young people will be maximized. |
