Career tendency means from constant discovery,people form self-concept of career from their attitude,ability,need,motivation,talent and value.Gender role attitude is some related to Gender role,which is lasting.Family cultural capital refers to cultural resources,cultural atmosphere,interests,culture of accumulation and resources which belong to a family that have a positive impact on child development.Previous studies have suggested gender role attitudes,family cultural capital may contact with professional tendency exists,but there is no research that explore the relationship among these all directly.This research adopts the gender role attitudes scale,occupation tendency questionnaire and family cultural capital scale to test 650 high school students from Wuhu,Mingguang,Anqing and Qingdao.This article aims at analyzing the status and characteristics of high school students' gender role attitudes,family cultural capital and occupation tendency,and the relationship among the three.Using variance analysis,independent sample t-test and regression analysis method to investigate high school students' situation and the relationship among family cultural capital,gender role attitudes and occupation tendency.And on the basis of the correlation analysis,using the multivariate linear regression analysis to investigate high school students' gender role attitudes and family cultural capital to predict occupation tendency.The results show that:(1)There is easy to find normal high school students' vocational tendency.And there is a significant difference between vocational tendency of artistic type and research-based from high school students in their gender,grade and major;namely girls scored higher than boys in research dimension,grade 2 students in artistic dimension score were higher than others,only children and the only children in the tendency of high vocational art model and management dimensions have significant difference;In the artistic dimensions of professional tendency,science students score higher than arts students.(2)The majority gender role attitudes of high school students are neutral,high school students are less concerned about their own gender role attitudes.High school students gender role attitudes of femininity and masculinity scores are significant different;On themasculine dimension,boys score higher than girls;neutral high school students and masculine gender role attitude are significant different on grade,in gender role attitudes of neutral dimensions,grade three get highest score;there are significant different on gender role attitudes of each dimension of living district.(3)Family cultural capital have significant gender differences among high school students,and parents' impact of children work in family cultural capital is significant,showing the negative correlation.female are more easily affected by parents for their work.On the grade,the family cultural capital in the high school students' grade have differences.(4)Artistic,social type of vocational tendency have significant negative correlation with all gender role attitudes;conventional type of vocational tendency have significant negative correlation with neutral and feminine qualities,has no correlation with male traits.The management of vocational high school students have significant negative correlation with masculine and feminine qualities;all dimensions of occupations tendency exist significant significantly positive correlation with family cultural capital.(5)masculine neutral characteristics of high school students can predict vocational tendency;in high school students' family cultural capital,parents' influence on children's interest of career tend to have a significant positive prediction function.High school students family cultural capital and gender role attitudes has certain prediction effect on career tendency.This study suggests high school students' vocational tendency have relation with their attitude and their gender role and family cultural capital,from school,parents,society,and high school students respectively to give advice to guide vocational planning,reduce gender stereotypes and improve family culture accumulation.
