The learning interaction among students is the foundation of the generation and evolution of learning relationship network, it has important significance to improve dissemination and knowledge sharing in learning network and to improve students' learning ability when study on the change of learning interaction in the learning relationship network. In this paper, we take the national college as the background; take the students' daily learning network as the basis, with the node attributes such as nation, gender and class, etc as the research angle of view. With the help of conditional probability and exponential random graph model, we analysis the node attributes' impact on the learning interaction dynamically along with the evolution of learning network.Inspired by this, in the last part of this paper, we emphasize the importance of group teaching, and to improve the ability of small-group learning, giving some constructive suggestions for improvement grouping criteria of the Grouping Teaching.Through the analysis of the four learning network, find the attributes of dormitory, class, origin, profession and gender have a catalytic role for the generation and maintenance of learning interaction in the learning relationship network, but its impact strength vary. However, the attribute of nation does not produce any impact on the generation and maintenance of learning interaction. Further analysis found, that the attribute of dormitory has a significant effect on the learning interaction, which the students in the same dormitory are more prone to generate learning interaction.for the analysis of keeping learning relationship found, that the attribute of dormitory still has a significant impact on the learning interaction, which the students in the same dormitory are more prone to maintain the learning interaction along with the evolution of learning relationship network. An analysis of the new learning relationship in the process of learning network evolution, we found the attribute of class has a significant impact on the new learning interaction, which the students in the same class are more prone to generate new learning interaction along with the evolution of learning relationship network.Small Group learning as a student common learning method, it can be regarded as a small learning network, after analyzing the impact of node attribute for learning relationship network, the conclusion can be applied to the study group criteria for group learning. It is suggested that the importance of dormitory attributes should be emphasized based on the students' personal interests and personality. In addition, the origin and gender of the students should also be considered as an important group basis.
