In recent years, our state pays close attention to the development of secondary vocational education.But there are certain drawbacks in the secondary vocational education. From the perspective of social mobility, because of the low family socioeconomic status, secondary raw can not gain directly upward mobility resources from the family, namely "Inherent problems".Entering a higher school is the main way to obtain a higher social status. However,the popularity of general education has made the excellent teachers and generous funds flow into the regular senior secondary schools.Secondary vocational education becomes "second-rate education",and the secondary vocational students become " elimination of students". The weak foundation in Secondary vocational education influences on Social evaluation pf vocational students.The entrance problems become the part that is forgotten by society,leading to low learning self-efficacy of vocational students. The research of learning efficiency not only solves the individual learning difficulties and reduces the social negative evaluation, but makes the students enter a higher school and get the chance of upward mobility.At the same time,it makes Secondary raw and ordinary high school have the the same starting point and fairness of higher education.This article selects the students of J class in Wuhan S school as the research object,and learning self-efficacy as a starting point.In the form of intervention for social work class, the author conducted 14 period activities. This research work has four aspects:improving learning ability sense of secondary raw and making students correctly understand oneself in learning status and the advantages and disadvantages, etc.;Strengthening the sense of work hard and focusing students' attention; Improving learning environment sense and guiding students to a comprehensive understanding for companion, family, teachers and national policy; Strengthening learning behavior control, including grasping the learning time and mastering correct learning methods.After a year of social workers involved in classroom, in microscopic scales,vocational students promoted the learning ability,hard feeling,environmental sense and sense of control.In the medium level, parents and teachers increased recognition of secondary vocational students.in the macro level, the society enhanced the recognition of secondary raw. Finally, the research is helpful to education fair.Combining with the research, the author reaches the conclusion.Firstly, the research that social worker involves in the secondary vocational student's learning efficiency is valuable.Secondly,learning self-efficacy theory plays a positive role in the secondary vocational student's learning efficiency.At the same time, In this paper, the research were discussed.At the first, learning self-efficacy theme not only apply objects of this study but also conform to the more students in this school.Then the social work intervention in learning effectiveness of secondary raw needs to deeply enter into family,school and society in order to found deep meaning of the secondary vocational student's entrance. Finally, social workers need to integrate the activity way and excavate new forms of activities.
