Self efficacy refers to a person's own behavior to achieve the expected goal of the degree of self evaluation and feelings,in simple terms is the effectiveness of their own evaluation and confidence. It is an important factor that affects the success of a person.Studies have shown that, for students, academic self-efficacy has a direct impact on students' academic performance, and even mental health and overall growth. Therefore, the promotion of academic self-efficacy has always been an important issue in the field of education, psychology and social work for children. This study is based on the Shi Yongqing foundation "The growth of child plan" summer education activities,we made the proposal of social work intervention according to the primary school children and academic self-efficacy is generally low.On the basis of the measurement of students' academic self-efficacy and its influencing factors, the intervention plan was developed based on Erickson's eight stage theory and symbolic interaction theory. And according to the plan social workers use the group work method to carry out the specific intervention activities, from three aspects of time management disposition, parental rearing patterns and class environment,to improve the students' academic self-efficacy.After 12 group activities, the study found:1.It's significant effect that the group activities to improve students' academic self-efficacy,and verified the influence factors and academic self sense there is a positive correlation. This is to say reasonable time management disposition and academic self-efficacy was positively related to the conclusion;the positive parenting style was significant conclusion there is related with academic self-efficacy;the optimistic class environment and academic self-efficacy was positively related to the conclusion;2.Heterogeneous groups had a positive impact on children with low academic self-efficacy.Heterogeneity group is like a "mini" society, and make the group members more diversify. The power group actively is easy to trigger and promotingthe low self-efficacy of children change for Social workers use of social skills and methods.3.Experiential learning model group is an effective way to improve students' academic self-efficacy.Experiential learning model advocated after the first known, not only can do and learn clever combination, but also to meet the children love to play mentality. In addition, studies have the following deficiencies:firstly, social work intervention activities period is shorter and more compact.so,long term effect is debatable;secondly,in the activities of the rules(integral),easily lead to conflict between the teams;thirdly, social workers' professional need to further enhance.
