New words teaching is the key step of teaching Chinese as second language,learners must grasp some new words to acquire the basic communication skill.Class teaching has something to quality and efficiency of teaching. Scanning subject current situation,evaluating quality and efficiency of teaching and improving teaching method and skill should base on comparing and analyzing class teaching.So comparing and analyzing class teaching has much significance of improving the quality and efficiency of new words teaching.This paper is based on eighteen new words videos which are made by grade four to six, whose teachers are belong to three types, first are locate teachers, including filipinos-chinese, second experienced Chinese teachers, including volunteers, third inexperienced volunteers. We transfer the videos to texts, statistic and analysis new words teaching procedure and content and method and teachers' discourse of every type teachers, and also we make questionnaires to teachers and students from grade four to six.Through comparing and analyzing, we had some findings; firstly, there are three steps of showing, explaining and exercising new words of three kinds of teachers. Local teachers pay much attention to exercising and using new words, inexperienced volunteers pay much attention to explain. Secondly, in content and method, students know the new words through reading and recognizing, also teachers explain wne words by translating. The main method of consolidating new words are reading, using picture and translating and making sentences. But all the teachers pay little attention to words matching, their teaching are disperse and isolated. Thirdly, in teachers' discourse, the main words are first rank, except using intermediate language, the quantity of question sentences are most. Using most quantity of teachers' words are inexperienced volunteers, and they use more declarative sentence and exclamatory sentences, and they tend to encourage students. But using the most quantity of over class words are local teachers, alsothey use most imperative sentence and question sentences, and they less to encourage students, but students participate in class actively.There are some differentials and similarities on new words teaching procedure and content method and teachers' discourse among three kinds of teachers. Through the students' and teachers' questionnaires, we can find that teachers are lack of professionalization; also there are some gaps between students' expectation and the actual teaching. Based on these findings, we come up with suggestions for new words teaching and training teachers.
