Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Teachers' Professional Development In Qinhuangdao City

With the development of the times, the education of our country has got the rapid development, the requirements of the general teachers are also more and more high.At present, in the country, teachers' professional development related issues, has become the focus of attention. Qinhuangdao city harbor district has always attached great importance to the development of regional education, but there are some problems in the development of Regional Teachers' professional development. In this paper, we will review the development of teachers' professional development, deepen education reform, improve education quality, improve the level of regional education. And on this basis, through the questionnaire survey and interviews, etc., to understand the status quo of the development of teachers in Qinhuangdao Harbor District, to find the cause of the problem, and to clarify the ideas, put forward the corresponding countermeasures. Through the research, we found that many schools and teachers in the course of the development of the teachers in the Qinhuangdao harbor area have been actively explored. However, there are some problems in the process of development, including:(1) the level of teachers' awareness of professional development is low;(2) the overall quality of teachers needs to be improved;(3) teachers' existence of job burnout and psychological pressure;(4) teacher evaluation and incentive system is not perfect. This paper also puts forward countermeasures to improve the level of teacher professional development in the harbor area, including:(1) the level of teachers(2) school level(3) government and educational administrative departments. In short, in the future work, also need to work together to achieve the sustainable development of teachers, and promote the development of regional education.
