For a long time, people from the point of view of different needs, the different definition of the connotation of teachers’ professional development. Therefore, to properly define and sort out the connotation of teacher professional development from the theory, it is the basis for further research, but also to build the foundation of the framework. Therefore, on the basis of the middle school teachers’ professional standards issued by Ministry of education in 2012 " (for Trial Implementation) ", the first identified three main connotation of teachers’ Professional Development:one is the professional philosophy and ethics, the two is the professional knowledge, professional skills three. Secondly, considering the new curriculum reform in Teachers’ professional development under the background, basic concept, can not be divorced from the new curriculum reform of the basic theory and basic content. Otherwise, it will be from the objective reality of the mirage. So, there is another main content of teacher professional development, namely the understanding on the new curriculum and the use of.The third chapter is the investigation and analysis of present situation of teachers’ professional development in the specific region. Through the questionnaire survey, from four main connotation of understanding of the new curriculum, professional philosophy and ethics, professional knowledge, professional ability dimensions of perceptual knowledge, the development status quo of the teachers, and the statistical data with the form, in the form of percentage, reflect the development level of local teachers. At the same time, taking into account the contrast of interview and questionnaire analysis, further understanding of the existing problems. Finally, combined with the investigation of reflection and analysis, find the crux of the problem.The fourth chapter according to the problems found, both have the common problems of middle school Chinese teachers have personality problems, but also contains the local ethnic minority areas, after comprehensive analysis to be summarized, put forward specific measures, and are discussed. Hope to provide valuable reference for solving the problem of local teachers’ professional development.
