| With the approaching of Tokyo Olympic Games and Beijing Olympic Games,China’s Olympic preparations have entered a decisive stage,and strive to ensure the training of competitive sports from various aspects.To improve the function and benefit of the national training base and to promote the normal and healthy development of the training base is an important means to ensure the preparation of the national team.This study is based on the research object of Qinhuangdao training base of General Administration of sports of China.Through the analysis of its development status,it tries to find out the influencing factors in the development of the training base and put forward the relevant solutions to the relevant problems,so as to provide suggestions for the development of Qinhuangdao training base and reference for the improvement of the current business level of China’s sports training base.This study mainly uses the methods of literature,expert interview and field investigation to analyze Qinhuangdao training base.Through literature review,it can be concluded that the development of Qinhuangdao training base mainly has three stages: the first stage is the initial stage of establishment(1973-1985),mainly to approve the preparation and preliminary reception of the national team training;the second stage is the rapid development period(1986-1991),the functions of the base are further defined,the setting of departments and personnel are further improved,and the national team resident training;The third stage is the period of transformation and development(from 1992 to now).The base complies with the requirements of professional sports development and merges with Chinese football,and then stops enrollment due to the decrease of students.The base begins to transform to "guarantee national team training" as the basis,develop high-quality "Youth training base" and establish sports rehabilitation center.By analyzing the internal environment such as organizational structure,human resources,assets and financial status,as well as the external environment such as political,economic and technological environment,and using SWOT analysis to clarify the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the internal and external environment for the development of the base,the main advantages are superior geographical location,complete training project system and good income generating ability Strength;the disadvantages are low anti risk ability,small overall size of the base and malpractice of the administrative system;as the main battlefield of winter project team training,the favorable policies of winter sports and the preliminary completion of the base’s modern medical service system are its opportunities;while the high risk,low income of scientific research and medical investment and the lack of realization means of current scientific and technological services are the threats it faces.This paper concludes that the current development of Qinhuangdao training base is mainly affected by four aspects: 1.The attributes of the units directly under the General Administration of sport determine its main development direction;2.The special geographical location of Qinhuangdao determines its development particularity;3.The attributes of public institutions determine its internal development difficulties;4.The traditional base mode makes its future development full of challenges.According to the development requirements of Qinhuangdao training base,this paper puts forward some countermeasures: to undertake the important task of Chinese football reform;to carry forward the "Chinese sports spirit" and guide the publicity direction;to comply with the general trend of reform and development,to cultivate a new driving force for economic development;to build a solid foundation for service guarantee,to improve infrastructure construction and establish a professional,rigorous and efficient service guarantee system,and technology to help the national team guarantee,etc. |
