To build a new socialist countryside is the key to realize the socialist harmonious society, and rural sports is one of the indispensable content, it is also a key elements that restricts the development of the national physical quality in our country. For the rural, developing basketball is relatively easy than other projects. With economic and social civilization increasing in our country, "three rural" issue has always been the important position of the work by the party and the government, The development of rural sports has been put in a more and more important position, because, Rural sports is not only an important way to build a harmonious culture and cultivate the social civilization, but also is one of the effective means to improve the health level and cultural quality of rural people. In recent years the rural sports is leadership at all levels of government attention and then promulgated a series of policies and regulations, the provinces launched in rural sports "sports countryside" activities, "rural sports fitness project" rural sports activities. I have access to the relevant literature on Yanshi City, found that the literature about the development of the rural sports and basketball, there is only one. In this paper, we use the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics and field survey, Investigation and Analysis on the current situation of the rural basketball in Yanshi of Henan province. This paper aims to explore the situation of Yanshi rural basketball development, and to integrate the existing experience, and finally put forward feasible suggestions, so as to further promote the development of rural basketball of Yanshi City and make up for this gap that there is only a piece of literature about the Yanshi rural basketball.This paper mainly research from the participants of the rural basketball activities and rural basketball related matters of grassroots leaders in Yanshi of Henan province. The main conclusions of the study are: related institutions construction of rural basketball in Yanshi is not perfect, and carrying out basketball activities is lack of rules and regulations; The organization of rural basketball activities is imbalance; Farmers know relatively little about the knowledge and ideas of sports; Organizers of rural sports lack format arrangement and the related knowledge of organization and management game; the ability to sanction the event referee is low.; The value and significance of some rural leading cadres in rural basketball development is not enough.Aimed at some problems existing in the rural basketball sports, the development countermeasure of my advice is: to actively change the imbalance phenomenon of current rural basketball activities to carry out; to promote the development of grass roots sports organizations; to complete local sports management system; to increase the sports knowledge and the concept of guidance for farmers; to broaden and expand access to sports funds, increase funding for stability; to increase the allocation of investment in rural sports facilities, improve the awareness of grassroots cadres of sports activities; increase the incentive mechanism, and constantly sum up the work experience. |
