Based on these, sort out the cause of the education complaints further, there are the reasons of education management: basic education laws and regulations system is not perfect, the supervision and administration of the school system does not reach the designated position, lack of quality education resources and uneven distribution and so on. There are the reasons for the concept of consciousness: lack of awareness of school education service, enhancing public awareness of legal rights, social awareness of education is not comprehensive, etc. These are the reasons for the social environment: the characteristics of the primary and middle school campus construction, the influence of social environment on students' growth, the influence of social pressures such as education, employment, etc. In addition, education complaints great impact on teacher-student relations, education and management, etc. And there are two aspects of positive and negative. Only be benign guidance, in order to promote the healthy development of education management.According to the above research, the author discusses the strategy of the benign guidance of education complaints.
