In this study,four new teachers from class A and class B of L garden in Nanjing were selected as the research subjects.They mainly adopted the natural observation method and interview method to comprehensively explore the strategies of novice teachers in dealing with small class children's complaint behavior.The results show that:First of all,there are roughly eight types of strategies for novice teachers to deal with small class children's complaint behavior.They are:teachers handle settlement,communicate with one party alone,guide both parties to negotiate settlement,and rise to collective education activities to directly stop the plaintiffs.Feedback to parents,cold treatment,zero strategy.Secondly,the strategies of novice teachers to deal with small class complaints show some common characteristics.First,the teacher's responses formed a strategy group;Second,teachers have a positive response attitude,including positive response emotions,positive complaints and reasonable role recognition.Third,novice teachers have flexibility in their coping strategies.They are good at handling and regulating emotions,using true and false emotions to influence young children,and turning emotions into a reliable ' educational weapon '.Third,they can also adapt to each other in the process of strategy selection,vary from person to person,and adjust flexibly.Fourth,the coping strategies of novice teachers are different.Finally,this paper analyzes the causes of the differences in the strategies for novice teachers to deal with small class children's complaining behavior.Teachers 'habits and professional capital are the reasons on their personal level;In addition,the interactive field is also the main reason for the differences in coping strategies of novice teachers.When teachers deal with the complaints behavior of young children in different positions in the interactive field,their emotional attitudes and strategies are different.The strategies of teacher combination in different interactive field(class)have different characteristics,and the strategies of two teachers in the same interactive field(class)are also different.
