Safety work,is the school's unremitting primary work,but also the school's top priority work.Because of its sudden,hidden,group and other characteristics,therefore,security work is a complex and special,long and arduous work.As the campus staff concentrated and population density,prone to mass casualties of the major security incidents,which are related to thousands of households.So,how to do a good job of safety work,make every effort to avoid or minimize the occurrence of security incidents,which for schools(including family and society)will be a long way to go.Primary and secondary school security incidents,on the one hand is due to the existence of school hardware security risks,the daily safety of students and management is not enough,as well as the school surrounding environment(such as traffic,etc.)and social level of hardware and software management of the existence of security risks,these all cause accidents often occur;the other reason is that the students themselves.Students are aged between 6 and 16 years old,they are in the stage of life enlightenment,vibrant,but also has poor self-control,plasticity,curious,safe awareness,poor self-protection and other characteristics,they are full of curiosity and desire for the surrounding world.And this feature determines the age of the students are still not stable enough juvenile risk period.They identify the lack of capacity,easy to urge the event,in the treatment and handling of the problem is only immediate and reckless consequences,lack of experience,coupled with family and social factors,learning and living stress and tension often make them feel at ease.If schools,families,and societies do not strengthen education and management for these unfinished students,then there are unexpected things that happen at all times.In the current situation of the security situation is very complex,how to assess the situation of small and medium schools,and effectively implement the safety education and management work.To ensure the stability of the school teaching order and comprehensively strengthen the good teaching style,style of study,and vigorously improve the quality of teaching,the full realization of the coordinated development of the stability of the situation,which is a key issue that we need to study and solve.In Inner Mongolia,the safety education in primary and secondary schools is weaker than that in the eastern part of China,which makes students confronted with all sorts of unexpected events,often suffering from unnecessary injuries and losses.Moreover,most of the teachers and students in primary and secondary schools in Inner Mongolia,the importance of safety education is not enough,security education is not included in the teaching plan,lack of security education,a single form.At the same time,school leaders,faculty and staff of the content of security education is also poorly understood,without the necessary training or learning,can't meet the needs of today's safety education.Therefore,it is imperative to strengthen and perfect the safety and management of primary and secondary education in Inner Mongolia.This paper studies the safety and management of primary and secondary education in Inner Mongolia.Through the investigation of the practice of 100 primary and secondary schools in Hohhot City,this paper analyzes the current situation of safety management in primary and secondary schools in Inner Mongolia,and analyzes the main problems in the safety management of primary and secondary schools in Inner Mongolia.The paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the safety management of primary and middle schools in Inner Mongolia on the basis of drawing lessons from the advanced educational safety management experience at home and abroad.This article consists of five chapters:The first chapter is the introduction,including the research background,research significance,literature review,research methods,research ideas and content,the shortcomings of the paper.The second chapter is the theoretical basis of primary and secondary education safety management.This paper briefly introduces Heinrich's safety theory,public safety theory and life education theory,and analyzes the implications of these theories for the development of primary and secondary education safety management in China.The third chapter is the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the safety management of primary and middle schools in Inner.A questionnaire survey of teachers and student types was conducted in 100 primary and secondary schools in Hohhot.Based on the survey results,this paper analyzes the existing problems and causes of the safety management of primary and middle schools in Inner Mongolia.The fourth chapter is the experience of domestic and foreign primary and secondary education security management and reference.It mainly from the primary and secondary school hardware and software facilities,curriculum content,school management system and other aspects of education for primary and secondary education in Inner Mongolia to provide the theory and guidance.The fifth chapter is the countermeasures and suggestions for the safety management of primary and secondary education.This part mainly puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen and perfect the safety management of primary and secondary education from the perspective of government,school and family.
