Research On Country Gentleman NiuYouLan's Educational Activities In Xingxian

Country gentleman have played a very important role as pioneers and advocators during the journey of Chinese education towards modernization.This research mainly from four aspects background,course,case and enlightenment to discuss the country gentleman NiuYouLan's educational activities in Xingxian.The first chapter is Introduction,includes five aspects:research purpose and meaning,main content,related research,methods and defect.The second chapter from origin and causes of country gentleman's educational activities in Xingxian to inspect.The author thinks that "to improve social status","to saving country through education" is the external forces for the country gentleman in running schools."The advantage of material base","the support of government policy" is the intrinsic power of the gentry.The third chapter by describing the process of country gentleman NiuYouLan's personal growth and educational activities,the foundation of Beipo primary school and Xingxian middle school,shows the role and status in the process of education modernization of country gentleman NiuYouLan in Xingxian and even the whole Shansi.Based on the role and influence of Xingxian middle school in the history of Xingxian education,so choose Xingxian middle school as a case to study.The fourth chapter from "the founding source and tuition fees"," the teacher selection and teaching characteristic "," the curriculum provision and teaching management","the student cultivation and patriotic movement" for detailed study in the face of Xingxian middle school.The fifth chapter is the enlightenment part,based on established of Xingxian middle school to review the contemporary enlightenment of country gentleman educational activities.And trying to analysis Xingxian middle school from four aspects:"source","teacher","course","student" in the process of Xingxian middle school.In this paper,by analyzing the country gentleman NiuYouLan's educational activities in Xingxian,not only make people understand the twists and turns in the process of country gentleman's educational activities,understanding the cognitive attitude towards the new education during the period of the Republic of China,but also to our using for reference the successful experience of country gentleman's educational activity,actively guide the social capital involved in the educational activity,to provide reference for the reform of education in the new period.
