With the development of the times,people's demand for education is becoming higher and higher.The requirements for middle school students are not only satisfied with the basic knowledge of subjects,but also learn to study.In today's biology classroom in junior high school,it is also increasingly to promote the main position of students in the classroom.In the course of national curriculum reform and local education reform,we have been trying to construct the classroom.Under the background of "two transformation and one construction",through the grasp of junior high school biology classroom teaching behavior and the change of strategy,it makes the biological teachers change their teaching ways.And it will course the ways of studying for the students change.Finally,let the students truly become the masters of the class,progressing in self-studying,harvesting in cooperation and improving in the explorations.Let the students enjoy the biological learning subliminally,and develop the thinking ability of the biology.This study takes Muping District of Yantai City,this experiment area all junior high school as the research object,using literature research method,questionnaire,interview and classroom observation from the junior middle school biology classroom teaching the main behavior of the investigation,according to the survey results to the problems,and put forward the corresponding strategy.This study is divided into six parts: the first part is the introduction,which describes why put this question such a topic,the purpose and significance of research,research progress at home and abroad,research ideas and methods.The second part is a summary of the theory.Through reaching all kinds of related documents,we analyzed and determined the teaching behavior and other related concepts.The third part is the results of the survey.Through the questionnaires,interviews for teachers and students and the observations of junior high school biology classes,in the "two transformation and one construction" in the classroom,we find there are several questions about the mainly teaching behaviors,questioning behavior and feedback behavior.It is not appropriate.And it also has the problem of unreasonable selection behavior single form.The fourth part is to put forward the corresponding countermeasures to change the main teaching behavior combining of the problems.Firstly,including explanation of behavior change strategies: grasp time to explain,explain the combination of real life,improve language skills;Secondly,questioning behavior change strategy: to accurately understand the question function and improve the quality of questioning,timely questioning,scientific choice questions way;Thirdly,feedback behavior change strategies: feedback behavior diversification,make full use of praise incentive forms,behavior guidance,corrective feedback.The fifth part is the analysis and evaluation of the teaching behavior transformation of junior middle school biology class.The sixth part is the conclusion and reflection about research.The research results show that the existence of these problems in the junior middle school biology "two transformation and one construction" in the class of teaching behaviors,including the weaken of the theory about teacher education foundation,the lacking of in-depth understanding and practice,the lacking of verbal appeal lectures,the unreasonable of class questioning behavior,the lacking of diversification in feedback form and so on.And it puts forward some strategies for these problems.These strategies have clearly directionality and pertinence.They can become the reference of changing the teaching behaviors for teachers and improving the studying behaviors for the students.
