New curriculum reform to education to bring the biggest challenge is the challengeof teacher professionalization."The teacher as curriculum, the greatest degree ofsuccess or failure of curriculum reform depends on teachers. This necessarily requiresteachers in the concepts of education, educational methods, educational tools, constantlyupdated, and continuous improvement in the knowledge structure, the structure of thecapacity. Classroom teaching is the main front of the teachers and students teaching andlearning, the new curriculum reform philosophy made up to propose a new classroomteaching, classroom teaching and will also complete from the outside of the mental andbehavioral, from implicit to explicit, from the local to the overall change, and graduallyformed a comprehensive focus on classroom teaching behavior. Teaching behavior isthe bridge, turn to teaching practice teaching theory, has great significance for thepromotion of teachers’ professional development, improve the quality of teaching.Assist teachers in classroom teaching behavior as a means of modern educationaltechnology into the classroom. So, What is the status of teachers’ classroom teachingbehavior? What are the problems? The cause of the problem is and how to solve? Howto use modern educational technology rational optimization classroom teachingbehavior? We are faced with an important issue to solve. Teacher education concepts, methods and meansof education, constantly updated, and constantly improve on the knowledge, skills, andcontinuously improve the ideological and professional qualities, physical and mentalqualities.
