The Causes Of Sudden-death In Sports Activities Of College And Construction Of Defense Mechanism

Facing the sports sudden death event which frequently occurs in the sports activities in Colleges and universities, it has aroused wide attention from all sectors of the society.Based on the analysis of the causes of sudden death events in sports activities, the purpose is to build a scientific and systematic strategy for the prevention of the events in sports activities. The research object of this article is sports sudden-death events in sports activities of colleges and universities, and using literature method, case analysis method and interview method, through search multi media data, from multiple angles of school management, teaching management, students' physique, sports, physical fitness test, sports competitions and other activities as the background,as to select typical cases in-depth analysis. Mainly to the entire movement sudden death the antecedents and consequences of the events were reviewed and explore the causes, classify the construction of corresponding defense mechanism, emphasizing preventive strategies for the system, integrity, so as to effectively promote the development of physical education in colleges and universities, positive and healthy. To dispel the fear of students, parents, schools and society, the students themselves and the school sports work toward more healthy, harmonious and ecological direction.Conclusion: Firstly, the movement of sports activities in Colleges and universities sudden events mainly occur in the physical education, sports testing, activity games,leisure activities, school military training and exercise related sudden-death events have uncertainty, sudden, complexity, variety, the consequence is serious, wide influence, and many other features. Secondly, through the network media survey access, collect data,list out 101 typical cases, select four cases of events for case analysis. Thirdly,the exercise related sudden-death events in the sports activities in Colleges and universities about four typical cases,and contained the university physical education, university physical test, school military training, leisure activities and its origin mainly includes genetic factors, seasonal rhythm factors, school management factors, psychological stress factors and other accidental factors, among all the factors is interrelated and influence each other. Fourth, through the analysis and feedback of the cause of the event of sports sudden death in college sports activities, to build the corresponding defense mechanism.Recommendations: Firstly, the school should offer courses in cardiopulmonary resuscitation, the teachers and students to carry out the training of cardiac massage andartificial respiration and other emergency skills. Secondly, the school-hospital should be equipped with automatic electric shock devices and other equipment, in order to ensure that the accident occurred in a timely manner,and to carry out emergency. Thirdly,physical education teachers should understand and grasp the definition and causes of sudden death, so as to take effective prevention and monitoring in physical education and sports training, better fulfill their duties. Fourth, Take the law as the criterion, the construction of school sports activities on sudden-death in the responsibility of circumvention measures. The Government to buy accident insurance, construction of school sports insurance system, encourage the implementation of the school liability insurance, as basis, the pilot implementation of the student sports accidents third party mediation measures.
