The Study On Early-warning Mechanism In Sudden Events Of College Students' Administrations In The Social Transition Period

This dissertation is completed on the base of the scholars' analysis and study, in existence both at home and abroad, on a series of sudden events in the universities. It explains the types and characters of sudden events among the students in the universities during the period of ultimate transition of the Chinese society, and emphatically searches after the reasons for the enlarging aftereffects of sudden events among the students in the universities and constructs the early-warning idea, criterion and mechanism of sudden events among the students in the universities. The early warning of sudden events among the students' administering in the universities is not only a theoretical problem but also a practical problem. Therefore, this dissertation plans to adopt the means combined theory with practice. It anatomizes theoretically firstly and then opens out the practical significance in the administering of sudden events among the students in the universities. The dissertation is made up of four parts.Part 1: Have discoursed upon the studying status in quo about the administering of sudden events among the students in the universities by the scholars in the foreign countries and in the three areas including Hong Kong, Taiwan and mainland of China. It narrates emphatically the three-phase (sprouting, starting, developing) research about: sudden events among the students' administering in the universities in the mainland of China according to the skeleton of time and importance affairs.Part 2: Have introduced the types of sudden events among the students' administering in the universities sorted by the scholars both at home and abroad. It summarizes the commonness of the cognition among their thoughts and then defines the types and characters of sudden events among the students' administering in the Universities.Part 3: Have analyzed the reasons for the enlarging aftereffects of sudden events among the students in the universities. Then it educes three ideas and eight criterions of the early warning adopted in the course of the students' administering in the Universities.Part 4: Have put forward the construction of early-warning mechanism adopted in the course of the students' administering in the universities from the three factors about organization, system and communication.
