Construction And Standardization Of Public Sports Service System

With the continuous development of social economy and culture in China, more and more people begin to pay close attention to their health problems and the function of sports has become increasingly emerging. However, a series of social contradictions followed: the contradiction between growing demand of public sports services and severely backward development of public sports services, the limited social sports resources, the shortage of supply, the public sports service system needed to be improved. All of these problems need to be addressed promptly. Under such background, the paper puts forward a research on the construction and standardization of public sports services.This paper is divided into three parts:First, the paper will analyze and discuss on the motivation of the standardization operation of public sports services, then put forward the great influence of standardization in public sports service supply. By doing so, it is helpful to accelerate the transformation of government functions, improve the efficiency of service supply, successfully put out public sports service products and standardize the quality of service. It is necessary and feasible to apply standardization as a scientific method in the construction and management of public sports services.Second, the public sports service system is expounded. By reading a flood of literature and combing opinions from experts in each school, in combination with the new public management theory the writer puts forward that public sports service system should includes service principal, service-driven system, supply system, hardware service supporting system,operation support service system, service performance evaluation system, and proposes that the sub system of these five elements provides a guarantee for the trouble-free operation of public sports services.Third, case analysis will be carried out. The paper will conduct a field study in “Wuhan e Family Fitness Club”- the scientific body building services complex in Wuhan. Combined with the standardization theory and standard system theory carry out a research on the standardization of its service construction. Finally, this paper demonstrates the practical effect of the standardization construction of “Wuhan e Family Fitness Club” from the perspective ofsuppliers and demanders.The study found that project of “Wuhan e Family Fitness Club” has achieved stage results,and its construction and development model has attracted widespread attention.But also confronted with many problems, mainly including: 1, the standardization construction is still insufficient; 2, the operating efficiency is poor; 3, the low awareness rate; 4, the lack of effective supervision mechanism. In this study, we put forward some suggestions to improve the related problems. Finally, We hope to enrich the theoretical system of public sports service in China through the systematic study of “Wuhan e Family Fitness Club”, which provides reference for further research in this field. At the same time, it is also expected that,at practical level, it can provide reference for similar public sports service projects in other areas.
