Research On Public Sports Service And Health Club Social Service

As the Jinan economic has been growing steadily,Jinan residents' demands shift from the pursuit of material things to the pursuit of spiritual enjoyment.At the same time,they pay more and more attention to the enhancement of physical quality.Woman pursue perfect figure,Man pursue strong body.Old people pursue healthy body and longevity.Jinan public bodybuilding has become an essential way of life.However,a lot of problems have arisen in many aspects such as fitness equipment,scientific fitness guidance,relations between market supply and demand.This study is to find a reasonable and scientific way to solve the contradiction between the fitness club and residents exercise.According to the social nature of the club,Jinan fitness club is divided into two kinds: one is a for-profit business fitness club;the other is public welfare fitness club dominated by the government.(1)Both kinds can apply for our country's financial support in many ways.The hardware facilities and field stadiums can be funded partly by the government.The government can also buy directly sports services of the fitness clubs for members.(2)After the qualification authentication of the public sports authority,its registered members will get the financial subsidies for his consumption within a fixed period of time according to certain proportion.Our government encourages people to go to the fitness club in the form of sports subsidy.(3)Through this policy of subsidy for fitness,we tempted various kinds of the fitness club competing which in turn accords to the current regulations on the national fitness program.By our government's subsidies for residents in part,Residents can enjoy the fitness club service free of charge or in charge which will promote the combination of the market economy and the free development of mass sports.Thus,the enterprise and the public,the paid and the unpaid,the profitability and the welfare economic interests co-exist which make a win-win state of the market economy and the social value.The author summarizes the development and operation mode of both the domestic and foreign fitness club,fully considering the transitional characteristics of the current economic development,and analyzing the problems existing in the fitness club operations at home and abroad,this paper discusses how to maximizes the public welfare fitness social service under the perspective of public sports service...
